Terms and conditions
These terms govern your use of this website and your booking or purchase of our events. By using the site or making a booking you confirm that you have read and accepted them. Last updated: [TO BE COMPLETED — date of last legal review].
Who we are
This website is operated by [TO BE COMPLETED — registered company name, registered office, VAT number (P.IVA), tax code and REA number of the data controller].
Events, bookings and tickets
The information published for each event (date, venue, line-up, format) is accurate at the time of publication but may change. A booking is only concluded once we send you an explicit confirmation. We may refuse or cancel a booking in the event of an obvious pricing or availability error, suspected fraud, or breach of these terms, refunding anything already paid.
Some events have a minimum age, a dress code, or other entry conditions: [TO BE COMPLETED — minimum age, dress code and entry conditions].
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euro and include VAT where applicable. Any service fees are displayed before you confirm your order. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not handle or store full card details.
Cancellations, changes and refunds
Cancellation by you. The notice period and conditions for cancelling or changing a booking are as follows: [TO BE COMPLETED — cancellation window, any fees, and refund terms].
Cancellation or postponement by us. If we cancel an event you are entitled to a full refund of the amount paid. If an event is postponed, your booking remains valid for the new date; if you cannot attend you may request a refund within [TO BE COMPLETED — deadline to request a refund following postponement].
Right of withdrawal. Under Art. 59(1)(n) of the Italian Consumer Code, the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for leisure services supplied on a specific date or during a specific period. The refund terms set out above continue to apply. [TO BE COMPLETED — confirm at legal review that this exclusion applies to the sales model adopted].
Conduct at events
We are committed to safe and respectful spaces. We may refuse entry to, or remove without refund, anyone behaving in a harassing, discriminatory or dangerous manner towards themselves or others, or failing to follow staff instructions and the rules of the host venue.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — text, photography, video, trade marks and design — is protected and may not be reproduced or used commercially without our written permission.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where the law does not permit it, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for wilful misconduct or gross negligence. Otherwise we are not liable for indirect or unforeseeable loss, or for events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law and jurisdiction
Italian law applies. If you are acting as a consumer, the mandatory jurisdiction of your place of residence or domicile continues to apply. [TO BE COMPLETED — competent court for non-consumer relationships].
Complaints
You can send any complaint to [TO BE COMPLETED — verified e-mail address for privacy requests]. The European Commission also provides an Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.
